Caravan Love

Every time I come across a happy caravan story it reignites my love of and desire to restore a vintage caravan. It has happened once again. Gracing the cover of this month's Country Style is the utterly adorable Frankie. Frankie is home to Travelling Wares, a caravan pop up shop selling unique vintage finds for the home, lovingly run by Brisbane stylist, buyer and vintage wares retailer Kara Rosenlund. I am in love... again! Oh yeah, and off to get a copy of Country Style magazine.

One Small Room 'Up We Pop'

My posts have been few and far between lately. My mind has been on the beach, with perfect beach weather here in SA, although today was a tad extreme. I managed to escape the air conditioning and face the 42 degree swelter that was on offer but it was all worth it. The iconic One Small Room in Croydon has a funky little pop up shop in the city which I finally had a chance to check out today! And in true One Small Room fashion, it didn't disappoint. Their "Up We Pop" Shop is situated in amongst a cute little group of shops and cafes on Ebenezer Place down the east end of Rundle Street. They are in the process of a reno at their usual premises and so what a perfect opportunity to pop up in the city.
